Carnutelabryere (aka Brian)

Quite the year our 9yr old has had. Coming to NZ last year after winning the 7&8 year old Californian series, numerous young horse classes including 2nd overall at Sacramento International 7&8 yr old Championship and the year before 3rd overall in the 5&6 year olds.

Winning World Cups, Grand Prixs, Leading Premier Horse of the year, 2nd World Cup Series and 2nd World Cup Series Final. Winner of the North Island Championship, third in the South Island Championships all in his first GP year. We have high hopes for this kind, talented chap, who came to us from Poland as a 5yr old.

Most of our horses are for sale or lease. Contact us for details.

Petite Croix GNZ (aka Doris)

This superb Lansing daughter, bred again by the Goldengrove Stud, has all the makings of a superstar. Brave, careful and scopey. Super intelligent, well she has a double whorl on her forehead so she has to be. Started recently under saddle she's already jumping small courses.

She'll be focussed on the 5yr old classes this year.

Semper Fidelis (Brandy) and Rummy (Semper Fi)

Brandy is a beautiful 16.3 (so far) 5yr old bred by the Goldengrove Stud. This  daughter of the famous Casall is one we have high hopes for in the coming years. Just under saddle for a week or two (July 2015) she'll be campaigned later in the season.

We also have her wonderful daughter Rummy, born in February 2015, also Goldengrove Stud bred. This is a Lasino daughter and she's already enjoying popping over the odd pole.

NZ Powerfull

This NZ bred 17.0hh 9 year old was quite impressive with Duncan last year. Winning and placing in many 1.30 and 1.40 classes was a huge achievement for this relatively green horse. Kind, honest, very fast he will be a super partner for anyone with ambition to go and win some good classes.

Having been home for the winter, Dash will be back at Outwoods in the next week ready to go into the season.

This 8yr old has had a quiet start to his jumping career, but shows lots of talent. Winning with both Helen and now Duncan we will be campaigning this Distelfink son also this season.

Double Whoopy (junior) and Caballo

Our other two imports. Junior the son of Mr. Whoopy and Double Trouble X. Whoopy's track record was phenomenal, at 8yrs jumping the Million for 4 faults finishing in the top 10. The next year he was second in the Million in Saugerties, and Third in Thermal in their Million. Winner of World Cups, Grand Prixs, the prestigious Del Mar $100,000 GP as well as placings in the American Olympic Trials.

DT, was on numerous nations cup teams, jumped world cups all over Europe, won for juniors, amateurs and professionals alike. We have very high hopes for this young colt.

Caballo who is now 20 did so much for us we had to give him the best retirement possible, so his job is to  keep Junior in line. He was Whoopy's best friend, he now takes care of his son.

This amazing horse won so much for us, including 6 bars, Grand Prixs, many top 3 World Cup Placings, and Pfizer Million placings.

Surfs Up (aka Dude)

This wonderful 16.0hh chestnut 10 year old is a dream. He does the hunters, jumpers, and events (slowly! lol). We LOVE him. He's a horse every barn would be happy to have. Scope, he appears to have plenty of, mix that with his carefulness and good nature, and you're onto a winner.

His ad is on TRADE ME, can be seen and tried at Outwoods Farm.

Kiwi SilverKey (Rodney)

Rodney is a lovely 16.3hh gelding bred by Graham Hart. Coming 6 this year he is ready to go. We gave him a very light 5yr old year as he was still growing and developing, as they all do at that age!

Duncan is looking forward to campaigning him in the young horse series.
